By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:✧ GENERAL DISCLAIMERS ✧I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.✧ WHAT I WILL DRAW ✧I WILL DRAW:
- Humans
- Furries and animals
- Fanart
- Couples + ships
- Light goreI WILL NOT DRAW:
- NSFW/18+
- Hateful imagery
- Proships
- Mecha/ heavy armour
- Extremely complex backgrounds✧ PAYMENT & FEES ✧Payment can be done either 50% upfront, 50% after work is completed (only available for commissions over £30), or 100% upfront, and is done through PayPal.
Additional fees may be charged for tight deadlines, lack of reference material or excessive or major revisions.
The exact prices for these fees will vary depedning on the commission.✧ CLIENT OBLIGATIONS ✧Read and adhere to the TOS.
Provide clear reference images of the character/subject (moodboards are welcome!!).
Maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process.
Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.✧ PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULE ✧If I accept your commission, I will contact you with the contact provided in the form with a final quote. Once payment has been finalised, I will send the link for you to pay.
I will send a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. Revisions are best made at this stage.
I will show WIPs throughout the commission process which will be low-res and watermarked.
Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission (if applicable). Unless the piece is under a tighter deadline, please allow up to 3-6 weeks for your piece to be completed. I am a student and a disabled artist, please be patient with me!! Most pieces will be done within a couple of weeks - I will give an estimate and give updates if I think the commission might take longer than expected.I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes personal matters may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.✧ REVISIONS ✧One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase and are covered in the commission price.
A limited number of minor revisions are allowed in colouring/painting stage and are covered in the commission price.
Excessive minor revisions or late-stage major revisions that halt progress will incur additional fees.
Revisions due to my own negligence are free.
It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.✧ COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY ✧I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.
I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.
Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights (300% of original price)
You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work and not claim it as your own.
Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
- Print the work for personal use.
- Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
- Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
- Claim the artwork as yours.
- Remove my watermark/signature.
- Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.
- Color in my sketches or lineart.
- Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
- Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.✧ CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS ✧Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.
You may cancel the commission any time, however refunds will not be given after work has begun. Once the initial sketch has been approved, work on your commission has begun and cannot be refunded.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.✧ WHAT YOU RECEIVE ✧You will receive a high-resolution PNG image of the final artwork (unless other resolutions or file types are requested).
You may also request the sketch and other versions in full resolution as well (eg: with a transparent background)
